Welcome to Verified Sports. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and services provided by Vantagelytics, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, including app.collegesportslytics.com and verifiedsports.net (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Account Types: We offer accounts for high school athletes, high school coaches, college coaches, and college athletic departments / athletic directors.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile updated.

  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. The Service and Subscription Tiers

  • Platform Purpose: Verified Sports provides program management tools (roster management, player evaluation, automated depth charts) and an athlete-to-coach recruiting pipeline using a proprietary matching scoring engine.

  • Billing: Access to certain coaching and program management features requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled via our third-party payment processor (Paddle). Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

3. User Content and Verifications

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the data, statistics, media, and text you upload (“User Content”).

  • License to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, host, and analyze your content to provide and improve the matching scoring engine and recruiting pipeline.

  • Data Integrity: Coaches and athletes are expected to provide truthful performance data. We reserve the right to flag, suspend, or remove accounts that submit intentionally fraudulent or misleading athletic statistics.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial or automated scraping purposes.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our matching scoring engine.

  • Impersonate any individual, coach, athlete, or educational institution.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

  • As-Is Service: The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee specific recruiting outcomes, athletic scholarship offers, or placement results.

  • Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantagelytics, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
